What does she know....

According to my little sister... I've been

very negative lately.

But what does she know... she's only 15!

Well - maybe she's has some smarts, because
hello, this poster is awesome!She got the beanie I made her in the mail
today. Only 2 months late X}

So... hopefully this will be my last negative
post for awhile.
Hopefully ;)

And I have a list of mishaps from today as
my last hooray to negativity!

And the list is as follows;

• woke up to a giant cockroach in the living room
• garbage disposal packed up in the middle of the night, and I woke up to water all over the kitchen floor.
  
• babysat {though it was a bit easier today}
• Dmitri randomly split his lip while sitting on the floor {still have yet to figure that one out}
• Daniel was off - but spent most the day dealing with car registration, inspection, oil changes and car washes. And he got mad at me because the DMV didn't take credit cards. Still not quite sure how that was my fault :}
• Daniel got to go see a movie while waiting on the car inspection, while I stayed home a watched kids and did laundry. I think I got the raw end of that deal....
• Giant cockroach number two... crawled out from under the kitchen chair I was sitting in tonight.... I swear they come in 3's, so I'm totally paranoid....
  

I think that was all.

But there were some goods!

• I got to go for a jog this morning
• Dmitri made me laugh a lot today
• My little sister made me happy
• My husbands cute.
• The cars are registered - and we didn't get a late few for being one month late!
• Dmitri used the potty on his own
  

Those all qualify as positives, right? :)

Tonight - prior to the second cockroach,
I was eating a peppermint patty along with
a lemonade.
Dmitri wanted some on the patty, so I gave
him half.
He pulled up a chair next to me, and decided
to dunk the patty in my lemonade....
I think he thought it was an Oreo.

But he kept licking it, and dunking it and
saying "Mmm"

So I got a good laugh out of that :)

Another yay - Dmitri kept taking his shorts
and diaper off. I finally got tired and said, fine.
Leave it off. I kept checking with him to make
sure he didn't need to use the bathroom.

He didn't pee for 2 hours!! Then all the sudden
he runs up to his little portable toilet, stands next
to it, and pees!
He missed, but still, that's excellent!

So yes... that's that.
Daniel works tomorrow - which sucks!
I have a baptism to go to for one of the kids
in my class, and then Dmitri and I might go
venture out. Maybe the beach. Maybe North
Shore for shaved ice.
We shall see... but I hope it's fun!!

This was too cute not to post. He got a pen and
was just lounging there, with his legs crossed
