Merry Christmas -- 2012!

Merry Christmas, and Happy Holidays, to all our friends and family!

This has been quite the year for us! December of last year, we left Hawaii, for Georgia. It has been a good adjustment for us, and we’ve really enjoyed it here!
We love the ward we’re in, and the good friends we’ve made. Daniel serves as the Scout Master, in our ward. I’ve been the Enrichment Leader, and now the Young Women’s Secretary. Dmitri has enjoyed his first year, as a Sunbeam. He loves singing time, and getting to play with his friends in class.
We’ve also added another member, to our family! Anya Paige {she goes by Paige}, joined our family, on April 9th. She is by far, the best blessing we’ve received this year!

Some other highlights from the past year;
We bought another house
We had an awesome vacation, to Disney World
We spent two weeks in Utah, visiting our family
Dmitri turned 4, and had a Lego party

And here are some individual highlights;

Daniel;
He now works at Eisenhower Army Medical, still in the OR
He’s been able to go on some fun scouting adventures
He’s had a few chances, to golf this year
He was called to the heart team, in the OR
He passed his CNOR test {Certified Nurse Operating Room}

Sara;
Was called as the Enrichment leader, in our ward
Now serves as the Young Women’s Secretary
Had another baby
Survived another C-section

Dmitri;
Started all-day Pre-K
Is a Sunbeam, in church
Was able to go to Mickey’s house {Disney World}
Got to tour a real firehouse
He played his first season, of soccer

Paige;
She was born
She has concurred rolling, crawling, climbing, and pulling up
She has 3 teeth
She says; mama, dada, and hi
She sleeps through the night

So those are the highlights, from this year. It’s been a busy one, but definitely fun! We look forward, to more adventures, in the coming year -- and hope that next year, is as wonderful, for all of you!
