About Me

My photo
We are Daniel and Sara. We met October of 2006 and were married August of 2007 in the Salt Lake Temple. Since then we're kind of in the fast lane. We both got the baby bug pretty early on in our marriage and we welcomed our beautiful baby boy Dmitri in August 2008! We couldn't be happier! Daniel is a Captain in the Army and has his Bachelors in Nursing. We're living in HI and so far are enjoying our time here! I'm a stay at home mommy and am looking forward to finishing school. Blah :} Dan enjoys; hunting, basketball, shooting ranges, movies, *sigh - video games and Halloween. Sara enjoys; crocheting, baking, aquariums, sewing, shopping, swimming and trying to get organized. Dmitri enjoys; trying new food, crawling, bath time, stroller rides, electronics and getting into things he shouldn't. It takes all kinds to make up a family - and we cherish and love our little family! :)

Wipeout!

Today we whipped out the kiddie pool.
It was a little cooler, and cloudier then
I would have preferred. So no tanning for me.
But Dmitri was thrilled to be outside,
splashing in the water.

This kid is crazy.
Especially when water is involved.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a little warmer,
and we can make it to the big pool. We'll
see. I'm not making any promises to Dmitri,
yet! :]
On a sad note... I think another iphone bit
the dust.... :[
It's seriously 2 months old.

I went walking tonight, and tucked it into
my shirt strap. I guess it overheated because
when I go back, the backlight wouldn't light up
and it kept making a crackling noise.

The water sensor where the headphones go
has a slight pink spot. So I don't think I
can take it back.
I'm seriously so upset about it.
It didn't even get wet! I was reading online
that people are fighting the warranty with
iphones {basically if any of the water sensors
are tripped, the warranty is void} because
it's been proven that the senors can trip
if you bring it in the bathroom while you
shower. I guess the humidity/stem do it.

I don't know if I'd opt for another iphone.
They are way too sensitive and that's
not so worth it to me.

Totally stupid!!
So I'm not happy.

  2. Boo about your phone. So it's totally un usable?
I love that Dmitri loves the water! I guess that's our faults since we haven't taken Andrew to any swimming classes or anything. I'm hoping this year he'll play more in the kiddie pool because he likes to play with water, just not IN it.
