A quick post!

Today - Daniel had partially off.

He went out surfing this morning - and
enjoyed it a lot more with a waxed
board :)

Dmitri had a good day. He ate, got into
things he shouldn't - took 2 naps -
and went to bed.
Lol so a good day for him!

Okay - here's my duvet I posted about
last time.
See - very simple.
But I like it :)

AAaaannndddd.... a prime example
of Dmitri getting into things he
shouldn't.On the sofa again...
He has fallen off so many times!
But still insists on climbing up.
And I don't always catch him climbing
in time.
We keep the body pillow under the sofa,
so if he falls - he falls onto it.

He is getting better though. Now he
puts his feet down first - and lowers
the rest of himself down.

Not super stealthy yet - so he goes
from feet to face.
So he's no longer in his high chair.
He can get out of it - even when buckled.
Well the other day he tried to escape.

He just screamed this horrible scream
and I ran over to see what was going on.
He got his foot stuck between the seat and
backrest.
I could not get it out!
I yelled for Daniel and he was able to get it
out.
I almost buttered his little foot up!
But no harm done.
He was walking on it just fun after a
minute.

So now he's in a booster.
He looks so little sitting at the table,
but so cute!
And he sits there without trying
to escape [too much] - which is so nice!

I was playing with him yesterday - and
Daniel was sitting next to us. I hugged
Dmitri and said "I love you!" and I swear
he said "I love you" back!
Daniel and I both looked at each other
and him in disbelief!

Sigh - it'd be awesome and sweet if he
did say it :)

Oh - Dmitri and I were driving back from
the store tonight.
I was singing to the radio - and all the sudden
I hear Dmitri humming and mumbling.

He was SINGING!
Oh it melted my heart!
It was SOOO cute!

He did it most the way home.
OMGsh I love him so much!

So a bird hit our living room window today!
I was sitting on the sofa, and all the sudden
there was a loud bang.
I looked at the window and saw feathers
flying.
He smacked so hard the it left feathers
on the window [with some slime] and
it left a bird turd!
IT KNOCKED TO POOP OUT OF HIM!
LOL sorry bird - but I find that ammusing!

So I have a patch of bird feathers - and
poop underneath it.

But I didn't find a carcass anywhere... so
I'm hoping he lived to tell the tale.

Poor guy.

Now I got to clean poop.
