BUGS!

Well yesterday we didn't do too much.
Daniel worked the night shift - so he
got home at 7:30am - and slept most
the day.

Dmitri and I met up with some friends
at the pool.
He likes his friend Maggie. It's funny -
they try to copy each other.
She just turned 3 - so she's a bit older,
but he is still interested in everything
she does.
See - they both had to sit on the table :)
So that was our yesterday. Daniel
worked that night again - and got
home around 7:30 this morning.

Today Dmitri and I decided to go on
an adventure.
One of the malls here has a bug exhibit
going on. So we decided to check it out.

I was kind of disappointed.
I was expecting actual bugs. Instead
they were big [BIG] mechanical bugs, I
think there were 3 or 4. And then a
train that circled around.watching the bugs
I was thinking I'd put Dmitri on the
train - and see what he did, but they
didn't buckle the kids in - so I can't
see that going well with an [almost] 1
year old.

So after the bugs we walked the mall
and then had lunch.
Dmitri and I halved a personal pizza
and then had a POG slush [which was
delicious!] - then headed to Costco - then
home.
He sat like this for awhile - just hanging out :}
So that was our mini adventure.
We both had a good time. And Daniel
had a good time sleeping.
:)

Lastly - I saw these at the grocery
store. Apparently someone was going to
buy them - but realized how nasty they
were and chucked 'em!
They're dried anchovies.
Sick.
The pics blurry because I had to take it quick.
I didn't want the lady behind me to
think I was weird.

Lastly lastly - Dmitri has vetoed his
naps. He gets one in a day - about 45 mins.
Well this means he goes to bed around
6 or 6:30pm - and sleeps straight
through till 7-8am.
I kind of like it.
