of my number one follower -
Candice [my lil sister]
I am updating my blog.
Well we've been out and about
this past week.
My brother in law and sister in law
are visiting us - so we have a life
this week :}
All the festivities started on Wednesday.
We spent the day at the beach,
and it was AWESOME!
I water was perfect!
So we enjoyed some body boarding,
boogie boarding and [Daniel
and Brian] enjoyed some surf boarding!
It was Brian's first time boogie
boarding and surfing - but he
did awesome! So go Brian!
Onto Thursday Daniel had a
training class - so he was MIA until
2:30. So the rest of us went to
breakfast at Denny's - then Costco
and the Outlets [ooo la la!] and
then to the Dole Plantation for
some pineapple ice cream.
SO GOOD!
Well we headed home around 2
tp meet up with Daniel.
We decided to get a little snorkeling
in - and check out the Ko Olina Resort.
Ko Olina is a resort that has a lot
of different Lagoons. And it's
GORGEOUS!
We went to Lagoon 1 [and Tiffany
and I checked out Lagoon 2]
to do our snorkeling.
It's not an ideal spot - or time
of day - because the water was
pretty dark and murky.
But we still saw quite a bit of fish.
Daniel is braver then me and would
dive down for better views. I'm
not so good at clearing my snorkel :\
Anywhos - he spotted a sting ray
hiding in the sand. Of course - he
had to get a closer look - and when he
pointed at it - it freaked out and
swam off really fast - which startled
Daniel - so that was kind of funny :}
Well after a couple hours of snorkeling,
we went out for sushi. Mmm mmm good!
I was totally in the mood for it - so
it hit the spot.
Today we went to my most anticipated
attraction - Sea Life Park!!!
I am totally in to aquariums and all
that jazz - so I was in heaven!
[Oh yea - before that we went to
the Blow Hole - but onto Sea Life Park :]
It was AWESOME! Small - but AWESOME!
They had a couple dolphin shows
that were so fun - and penguins
and sea lions and manta rays, sea
turtles and fish fish fish! And the most
beautiful backdrop - the OCEAN!
How awesome is that?
So Sea Life Park was featured in
50 First Dates - and in the movie
Adam Sandler trains walrus' - but
there were no walrus' at the park.
Boo!
But anywhos - it was good times.
Dmitri was freaked out by the
dolphins in the show at first - but
he warmed up after a bit.
He really enjoyed the viewing tank
though - which was also my fave!
So fun.
Another cool thing about SLP -
they have a Wolphin. It's the only
known Wolphin in existence.
Here's the info on her - with a pic

She's so cute!
Another thing about her - so far
all hybrid species have been sterile.
But she's actually had 3 babies!
The first died after a few days - and
the second at 9 years old.
She had another in 05 that is
alive and well - and also lives
at the park.
So that was today for us.
Brian and Tiffany went to the
Polynesian Cultural Center - and
Daniel, Dmitri and I went for
shaved ice - and other treats.
Today was a total pig out day
for Daniel and I. Blah.
Tomorrow we're going snorkeling
at Hanauma Bay - I'm so excited!
After that I don't think we've
planed yet.
But I'm excited for tomorrow morning.

Dmitri was being funny & gross.
He'd lean over and put his
fingers in Daniel's mouth - then
into his. Like he was looking for
food in Daniel's mouth. Lol weirdo!
And this was after lunch - so he ate.

Gorgeous Sea Turtles!
Checkin' things out
The coolest thing we found
at the Outlets
A rare moment. Dmitri doesn't
usually do this
More photos from today

K - so we've taken my parents
and Steve and Lorraine to this
blow hole.
Both times the blow hole was
not really blowing.
So here's proof that it blows!
:)

:)
And it blew a lot more
then was on the video.
The water got SO high!
And it was really windy - so all
the noise is wind.
