About Me

My photo
We are Daniel and Sara. We met October of 2006 and were married August of 2007 in the Salt Lake Temple. Since then we're kind of in the fast lane. We both got the baby bug pretty early on in our marriage and we welcomed our beautiful baby boy Dmitri in August 2008! We couldn't be happier! Daniel is a Captain in the Army and has his Bachelors in Nursing. We're living in HI and so far are enjoying our time here! I'm a stay at home mommy and am looking forward to finishing school. Blah :} Dan enjoys; hunting, basketball, shooting ranges, movies, *sigh - video games and Halloween. Sara enjoys; crocheting, baking, aquariums, sewing, shopping, swimming and trying to get organized. Dmitri enjoys; trying new food, crawling, bath time, stroller rides, electronics and getting into things he shouldn't. It takes all kinds to make up a family - and we cherish and love our little family! :)

Lost and found

We almost lost this guy.
And it was pretty tragic there
for a second.
Well Dmitri and I started
our morning off with some
errands.
Daniel worked the night shift
[last one for awhile!]
Dmitri is outgrowing most his
6-9 month shirts.
They're getting too short.
So of course we had to replace
the old with the new!

I put him in his stroller and off
we went.
I knew his whale would probably
fall out - but I assumed I'd
notice - too bad I didn't.

So we were in the next store when
I realized the whale was gone.

Dmitri really loves this guy!
But - I think I was more upset
then he was.
I hate losing stuff!
It drives me nuts - I can't think
of anything else after I lose
something.

Well I looked around the current
store - no luck.
Outside - no luck.
Inside the last store - SUCCESS!
Someone gave him to the sales
clerk - so we got lucky.
I figured it being a kids clothing
store - some kid would find the
whale and take him home - but
lucky for us - the whale is
safely home with us.

So yay.

The rest of our day - running
around some more.
We're trying to find a tv stand
to replace the one we have. We
need something with more
storage.
So far we haven't found anything
that fits the bill.
I wish Ikea was out here!

My parent's have been keeping
our dogs while we wait out the
rabies who ha.
At first we decided to not
introduce Misha and Bianca to
Chloe and Niles - but since they're
going to be staying with my parents
a bit longer - it's just easier.

Based on history - Niles has
never been keen on small dogs.
But he's been fine with Misha
and Bianca. Yay!
My mom said that Bianca acts
like the queen bee - and she
totally does!
She thinks she's leader of the
pack. My mom was saying that
Bianca is such a tease. She'll
have a treat - put it down and
walk off - but watch it out of
the corner of her eye.
So one of the other dogs will
go to get the treat - and
Bianca will run over and
get the treat before they
can and prance off with it.
My mom said Bianca isn't
happy unless she's the one
being chased when they
play outback. And she has
to be in the lead on walks.
I love that dog.

Niles and Bianca will sit
next to each other on the
sofa - and Niles will just
lick her and [according to
my mom] give her kisses.

I think he's tasting her -
Daniel says he's marinating
her for later XD

Lol hopefully not.
I don't know what I'd do without
my pain in the rear Bianca.
She is a HAND-FULL!
But I say that with the
utmost love. I wouldn't
trade her [or my Meesee poo]
for any other puppy dawg!
:]

So here are some pics of the
four dogs together.
Just darling.
