A year?!

So I just realized my blog turned a year old!

It's birthday was March 27th - how exciting!
I love my blog! I've never been good at
keeping a journal. I have tried many times - and
failed.
When I was a youngster [12 or so] I made a
valiant attempt at a journal. It pretty much went
like this;
May 1, 199...
Today was a great day... and I would
proceed to jot down the events of the day.
May 2, 199...
Today I went.... and again, proceed to
give the play by play.
Then it turned into this;
May 3, 199...
Today was fun. It rained. The end.
And then....
May 17, 199...
Today was ok. I went to school. The end.
June 30, 199...
It's summer. Yay! The end.
Lol and that's what you'll find in ALL my
old journals! At one point I started to back
track my entries and would make up
things I did - because I couldn't really
remember, and wanted it to look like I
wrote in it everyday. Sigh...
But anywhos - I'm so glad I have this blog!
This is the ONLY substantial documentation
of my life. Sad - but true.
I've kept with it - and have LOVED
every minute of it!
A lot of my posts are very mundane - but
I still post them because it reminds me what
was going on back when - and helps to jog
my memory. And goodness knows I need that!
I have the worlds WORST memory - and I
hate it :[
Lol I don't know if anyone gets enjoyment
out of reading about my daily happenings.
But I hope people do!
I love it! Good times :)
So that's why I say - yay for blogging!!
