Nothing exciting to report about yesterday.
Daniel worked - I did laundry [that I have yet to fold] and Dmitri was Dmitri.
I ended up getting him this ball that lights up and play music when you roll it.
He thought it was pretty cool at first - but un-be known to me - the ball can roll on it's own.
I guess if you press one of the button things - it will do that.
So every now and then it'd come rolling towards him and bang him on the forehead... :}
Poor guy though.
He also got himself stuck halfway under the bed and hit his head on the bed frame.
So he didn't have a good day.
He's still friends with the ball though - so that's good.
Today I have to take the car to get it's windshield fixed.
I'm also going to see about getting the tire situation taken care off.
Dmitri has taken to pulling himself up slightly in his pack and play - so
he can see whose out there. Just with one hand so far.
It's usually when he wakes up - and is ready to get out.
He LOVES when Daniel comes home.
First thing Daniel does is wash up - so Dmitri will follow him crying
because he wants Daniel to play with him.
It's so cute.
He also gets in trouble for finding my sandals and trying to eat them!
It's disgusting.
Here's pics from the last couple days.

He somehow manages to get one leg out of his pjs - without one button being undone! This is the 3rd morning in a row that he's done this :)

ReplyDeleteSophie loves cell phone too. It makes it hard to make a phone call because she thinks that I should be handing it to her. That is probably a handful that Dmitri is so mobile now. Sophie is only rolling a bit, she really does care to move any where except in circles on her back.
ReplyDeleteJennie! Lol I'm going to start responding back on here. Cause - why not? :) Yea - I think he has picked the worst possibly time to be more mobile. I think he hits his head on the bed frames at least 20 times a day. And that's not exaggerating. That and sometimes I just see 2 little legs sticking out from under the bed and he's crying cause he can't get out. Oh - and he has fallen off the bed with his ever vigilant attempts at being a rolley poley.
ReplyDeleteI think it's one of Murphy's Laws :)
