Dmitri getting into things...So earlier tonight Dmitri was crawling around on the floor.
He kept going into the kitchen nook area where we
have our pile of dirty clothes - and would grab a pair
of his pj's and start crying.
At first I thought it was just cause he got stuck in the corner
and couldn't turn around.
So I would pick him up and put him somewhere else to crawl.
But still - he'd end up in the pile of dirty clothes
clutching his pj's and crying.
So I pick him up - and lay him on the bed.
I grab a clean pair of pj's and proceed to change him.
When he realizes what I'm doing he just starts
smiling and laughing - then talking jibberish.
All the poor guy wanted was his pj's on!
I'm sure it's frustrating not to be able to
verbally communicate what you want :\
Lol so I don't know if that's actually what he was doing -
but it was very coincidental and cute.
And once in his pj's, he was fine the rest of the evening.
Okay - well today Daniel ended up getting the day off!
He went in this morning - and came back
a little over an hour later. They sent him home
because they didn't need him.
So the holiday worked out well for him!
He's also home the rest of this week
because his preceptor was supposed to
be off this week for vacation.
That fell through - but he was already
scheduled off - so sweet!
He's home all week.

Nothing exciting today.
I went to the mall while he and Dmitri
hung out in the room and
watched TV.
Poor Dmitri had a rough afternoon.
He threw up a few times
and has a bit of an icky nose.
Everyone keeps saying he's probably getting another tooth.
I guess once the first one comes in, the others
aren't long behind.
It'll be nice when the teething is over.
Poor baby.

ReplyDeletein response to looking at ross for a cricut, i am 100% sure the ross' out here would not have one. michaels carries them (i think) and my mother in law got one with a coupon. which they sometimes don't allow. it isn't the newest one though.
Wait Wait...He is crawling? Mine isnt even crawling....Well actually she crawls backwards not forward... I hope Dmitri gets his teeth soon too, that is no fun the waiting sucks...and the poor babe is hurting!
