About Me

My photo
We are Daniel and Sara. We met October of 2006 and were married August of 2007 in the Salt Lake Temple. Since then we're kind of in the fast lane. We both got the baby bug pretty early on in our marriage and we welcomed our beautiful baby boy Dmitri in August 2008! We couldn't be happier! Daniel is a Captain in the Army and has his Bachelors in Nursing. We're living in HI and so far are enjoying our time here! I'm a stay at home mommy and am looking forward to finishing school. Blah :} Dan enjoys; hunting, basketball, shooting ranges, movies, *sigh - video games and Halloween. Sara enjoys; crocheting, baking, aquariums, sewing, shopping, swimming and trying to get organized. Dmitri enjoys; trying new food, crawling, bath time, stroller rides, electronics and getting into things he shouldn't. It takes all kinds to make up a family - and we cherish and love our little family! :)

Blog blog

Well - nothing really blog worthy today.
But I'll still write about it - cause why not?!
:)
Today Daniel was off - I guess that's blog worthy.
I love when he's off.
Well we all slept in till 9ish - then had to get ready and head out
because the monthly pest people came and [apparently] sprayed our room.
We headed over to the PX so I could get some shampoo and conditioner - and so Daniel could get the battery in his watch replaced [fun day huh? :]
Then we decided to hit up Home Depot to check out ceiling fans, pavers and area rugs.
We saw a ceiling fan we liked - and have possibly decided on it.
Pavers - still undecided and don't really have an idea of what we want or need yet.
Area rugs - they were too expensive for how ugly they were.
After Home Depot we went to Best Buy.
Checked out their home theater department.
They had an elevator that smelled like baby poo.
It reminded me of the chapels that kind of share the ladies room and mothers lounge.
Geh.
That was it as far as outings.
After we got back, Daniel hung out with Dmitri while I got to tackle my book.
Yay!
So got through another good chunk and hope I get a chance to finish it!
I have the next book I want to get in mind.
My selections kind of limited at the PX - and I don't feel like driving to Borders or Barnes and Noble - so I'll work with what I have.
The next book I want to get - I don't remember the name of.
Though I do remember the cover.
I totally judge a book by it's cover.
I can't help it.
But the next book has a pretty cover - and the back sounded worth reading.
Anyways - so that's what we did the rest of the afternoon.
Dmitri got an awesomely long nap in.
We were taking him in and out of the car and shopping carts too much today - so he wasn't able to get any sleep.
So yea.
We just finished dinner - and now just hanging out.
I'm going to try to tackle more of my book.
K - a good day.
Night.

Oh - the windshield people called back. Our insurance
will cover the heated windshield - and luckily the dealer had it in stock. So it's here!
I have an appointment for Monday.
It'll be nice to get that taken care of.
And the tire - soon.
