Tonight Dmitri and I attended the Halloween party at my parents ward. I don't have an official costume for Dmitri - so I ended up dressing him in his teddy bear winter outfit. So Candice and I decided he was one of the lost boys from Peter Pan :)

We had a pretty good time at the party. I loved all the little costumes the kids had on. There were a lot of Ariel's and Dorothy's. Dmitri and I had our picture taken in front of the pumpkins - and we ate some YUMMY desserts! :) Gotta love the ward parties.

Last night Dmitri and I went to Haley's baby shower. It was in honor of little Miss Olive's soon arrival. All the decorations were so dang cute - even the little hor dourves and desserts were adorable!
I was able to show my little Dmitri off - and he took it upon himself to "chat" with the ladies.
He is getting so big! I bought these 0-3 month jeans back when he was like a month. They were huge! I'd periodically try them on but still - to big. Well I tried again last night - THEY FIT! Actually the waist was perfect, but the little legs are almost too short. Blah. Oh but he looked ever so cute!
Not only is he physically growing, but mentally. He just chats away to anyone who will listen. So dang cute. He's also making attempts to roll over and he's grabbing at things he wants. Right now it's mostly people's faces - but I should try toys tomorrow. Such a strong boy. I predict he'll walk early. His legs are so strong! He'll actually stand up [while I balance him] for about 5 seconds - then he decides to flop :) I walked at 7 months - that'd be kind of cool if he did too! Well - kind of. I don't know if I'm ready for him to be mobile :}
Also tonight my mom, Candice and I decided to do some card making. Well - it ended up being me and Candice. My mom got caught up watching her Smallville DVD's. But the card making was fun. Next time we're going to find a card we like and try to duplicate. Love that card making! :)
Well - I'm still missing Daniel :( Luckily I get to talk to him everyday! He's doing good. Keeping busy by golfing. He says he's improving a lot - so I suppose that's good. He's back [briefly] on November 8th and I'm so excited! I can't wait for him to see Dmitri. And I know Misha and Bianca are going to go crazy when they see him. They miss their daddy too :)
