Whoops!

So this morning Dmitri and I
didn't get off to a great start.

We were slow moving - and had
a playdate at the beach with the
moms and kiddies in our ward.

So I couldn't find my keys - or
my wallet - or Dmitri's swim trunks.

After about a half hour I found my
keys - behind the cushions of
the sofa. My wallet was under the
sofa - and Dmitri's shorts are still
missing.

So we pull ourselves together - and
get into the car.
The car has no gas.
Luckily the beach is 3 miles away
;)

Well we get to the beach... no one
we know in sight.
Hmm hmm hmm....

Text a few people - call a few more,
find out it's been informally
canceled.
Yesh!
But I guess I could be blamed also -
since I neglected to RSVP.

So we get back into the car - and
head to the gas station. Praying
the entire way that we don't run
out of gas.

We didn't.
WoohoO!

So we change plans - and end up
meeting our friends Chelsea and
Ava at Target.
Our favorite place.

After spending money - we all headed
to Costco for lunch.
Oh my - Costco has the most delish
{and cheap} food! Dmitri and I love
their hotdogs - and Daniel's all
about the chicken bakes.
And of course the non fat swirl
yogurt.
Mmm mmm good!

Oh Costco. The kids were going
downhill quick - and taking us with
them!
Well - at least Dmitri was. Ava was
in a good/funny mood :)

Dmitri doesn't sit in the baby part
of the cart because he can get out.
So I just put him in the basket part.
Well he decided to use anything he
could as a step latter.
Like bagels.
So that's not working either.

But lunch was good.
The 'kids' made a mess - and there
was a weird lava thing going on with
Chelsea's yogurt.
There was quite the mess under
our table {which was cleaned up
before we left}
Though there may be a Gerber puff
or two still hiding there.

But it was fun - maybe more so
because we all needed a nap.

But we had a good laugh and time.
So it fixed my bad morning.
:)

Poor Daniel.
He was so over today by 7am.
He had so much to do - he was
running around like crazy.
His legs and feet were killing
him when he got home.

So he whined down by watching
Futurama and eating marshmallow
covered popcorn.
So good.

I bought some shirts from Target
today - and finished two of them.

I still don't have a name for my
'store' - so that's still in the works
and I'm open to suggestions.
:)

I made some leg warmers for
Dmitri this morning.
He's not a fan.
He's not used to them, so he just
kept staring at them and them
tried to pick them off.

I guess you have to start them
early.

So that's that.
