Well I now know not to switch formula on a baby without doctor approval. I always hear how there's no difference between formulas - I even researched and they all said the same thing.
The hospital put Dmitri on Enfamil when he was born [don't know why - maybe they just randomly picked it]. I've been nursing and supplementing with Enfamil since day one. I decided on Tuesday or Wednesday that maybe it'd be fine to switch to Similac. I'd been given some sample cans and somehow started receiving Similac coupons in the mail. So I decided to put them to good use. Initially things were good. Then - not so good. Poor little Dmitri has had tons of gas and poopin' like crazy! Before he'd poop every 3-4 days [it's normal for breastfed babies]. Since switching it's been like 5 or 6 times a day - and not the normal stuff - more watery :( Along with the gas and poo - he's been fussy and just can't get enough to eat. He only get's one or two bottles of formula a day, but that was enough for his tummy!
So now we're back to Enfamil. I now know - if it works, stick with it! My poor little guy :(

* If you or someone you know uses Similac Advance, let me know! I have one unopened can and another can that only had a few scopes taken out. I also have like 5 or so $5.00 dollar off coupons for any type/size Similac

Poor guy! That pic totally rocks, lol!!
